Very good

Ok for overnight stay

Its a huge hotel and convention centre. Room is huge and bed is comfortable. Bottled water are provided. We liked the Chinese restaurant in the hotel.

Bathroom racks are rusty. Breakfast staff were not as helpful.

We were confirmed about our booking and check-in time by message from booking.com and also confirmation from Jaypee Palace Hotel. However, on reaching the hotel, the staff was not aware of the booking. Also, the staff member who guided us to the room was requested to confirm if our deal had breakfast included or not. The staff member never came back with the information. Therefore, we skipped breakfast next day and checked out. After two days, the hotel staff called to confirm if we had breakfast or not. We informed that we didn't have breakfast and inquired as to why they were asking now. However, there was no response to this query, too.

Awesome 3 day stay, relaxing in a beautiful resort style hotel.

Loved the friendly helpfulful staff. Love the gardens the food the ambiance. Manish went to extreme lengths to make Jolas birthday room specially decorated and a lovely cake presented.

No indoor pool would be nice.

The hotel staff is very helpfull and welcoming. The facilities are great, very big hotel and confortable bed and room. Breakfast and dinner is great as well. We enjoyed greatly here.

Beautiful hotel with spacious grounds. The room was very large and well-appointed.

Lots of choice and nice room.

Toast could be thicker. Coffee could be stronger. Coffee is not up to the standard set by the rest of the hotel.

Below par snd very disappoted though it was family vactipn on the expectation as vidited from Canada

Location, grand building,

-paint smell all area as renovated rooms and gallery recently. Difficult to stay in the gallary - AC was faulty in one of the rooms stayed, needed to call room service but couldnt make it effective. - only two bottles of water supplier to each room. No laundry bag, - no hair conditioner supplied - rooms were deluxe category
