The location and rooms at this hotel was very good. The rooms are large enough and comfortable.

The BREAKFAST at this hotel was not good, not upto ITC STANDARD..very basic , ordinary breakfast. All the dishes vegetarian dishes were mostly empty, it took long enough to fill up the containers...THE WHOLE AMBIANCE OF BREAKFAST ROOM WAS NOT PLEASING, staff needs more training. THE SERVICE AT THE BREAKFAST ROOM WAS VERY BAD. I DID NOT GET AN ORDER OF SIMPLE,BASIC MASALA CHAI - COFFEE, AND DID NOT GET MY ORDER OF FOOD. THE STAFF KEEP ASKING YOU BUT NO ONE BROUGHT ANY THING... VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE BREAKFAST. Out of three day stay 2 days we had a bad experience.

Great location, great staff

Location was great. Staff very courteous and welcoming. Special mention for Rishab at the breakfast restaurant.. he was very welcoming and made sure we enjoyed our breakfast and recommending and ensuring all we asked for was on pointe ( brilliant).

The bed was not comfortable. Didnt sleep well.

We love peshawari restaurant

We had terrible time at beakfast, they just wasted our hour and didn't turn up with ordered item. Even didn't bother to answer why we have been ignored.
