Pleasant, clean, newish, friendly staff, and reasonably priced for Singapore

The owners tried to provide many things to make your stay as enjoyable as what this very small apartment could cope with, ie there was a fridge, good air conditioning, microwave, PowerPoints, tea making facilities etc. We lloved the small, but new modern bathroom for its size. Water pressure great. It was clean, modern and stylish.

It was very small with no room to sit and relax in a chair. I didnt feel comfortable having a cup of tea sitting on the bed. Also the bed was not an island bed and was against the wall.

Located in my favourite residential area in Singapore, along the East Coast Park.

Hotel looks recently renovated, everything is new. Studio unit has all the necessary amenities for short term stay, e.g. induction cooker, washing machine, ironing board. Located in what I find the most liveable area in Singapore, along the east coast park. Bus stops to city centre nearby.

Maze Mansion with pest

No security and workers on duty after 9.30, can bring friends back to party A big round table right in the middle of hall way, can dine and drink with friends after 9.30pm, no body boarder

Old mansion renovate to become a Hotel, no signboard to show ways to your room number. Lost while returning at night after 9.30 & no receptionist on duty. Old building hence mosquito and cockroach are common.

Nothing

Customer service guy was extremely rude. Hotel couldn't even help me get a taxi to the airport. Once you check-in they don't change your beddings until you have left. I wouldn't recommend ISA to anyone.

Would not recommend unless on a very tight budget. Would not recommend for families with small children.

Location

Communication very poor, standard email replies only to all questions asked. No personal response to emails sent requesting check in information. Communication difficult to contact staff Extremely noisy at 3am onwards People stomping around very loudly in corridors and rooms People shouting and arguing extremely loudly Groups of females gathered in reception area Observed large amounts of cash lying around & being collected. Felt extremely uncomfortable
