Literally a very bad experience here in Ibis, Gurgaon. Will not recommend anyone.

Didnt like the property, the receptionist is not at all welcoming. Staff is also not up to the mark. Service is also very poor. We havent even stay for 2 hrs in the property.

Everything, staff, accommodation, service. Nothing good in this property

Overall it was OK OK stay, needs to work on cleanliness of guest rooms especially corners, AC vents / Grills, window

This time the Food- Dinner as well as Breakfast was not up to the mark. Dinner- 1.Food was not hot 2. Mostly leftovers in the containers- not refilled on time 3. tasteless Breakfast- No Taste ( Especially Dosa which was through live counter),overall okay taste. Hot milk Thermas was not working - even after pointing out the earlier day it was not taken care of. No water bottles on table uness you ask for it....
