Do not stay at this hotel!

the only solace in the hotel were the managers Swagata and Chetan who were open to feedback and action in whatever capacity they could

liked nothing there - the rates are that of a 5 star and the service like that of an OYO room!! smelly old construction of room, dysfunctional elevator, staff who is utterly incompetent - to even talk to- forget providing any service. The hotel is 1 hour away from Hampi - made no sense to stay there at all.

Best hotel near enough to Hampi but not as close as the images would suggest.

Great Breakfast and the restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is located within a gated community developed and operated by the nearby steel factory which makes it safe.

The location as advertised on the website and in the hotel name is a bit misleading. The hotel is not at all close to the main attractions at Hampi or even Hampi town. However it is the close enough to travel to the sights each day as long as you have a driver. The hotel is also located very close to a large steel factory and all the associated noise from trains and sirens is unrelenting. Very little else to do or restaurant options near the hotel.

Not up to the mark, far from Hampi

The waiting staff at the restaurant were friendly and quick to respond. They are the only saving grace in the entire staff here. The pool was good, though it was very cold. The lawns were well maintained.

The bathroom was quite odd. The design was strange and the whole bathroom would end up getting wet if one takes a bath. The bathroom door doesn't have a lock, which is just strange. Suggest to invest in some shower curtains for the bath area. The cleaning staff were not regular and wouldn't clean the room on schedule. One has to specially call them for cleaning. Also, felt the hotel staff could be more hospitable and articulate. I felt the receptionist lacked basic etiquette and was quiet robotic. A smile and some empathy go a long way for guests who've travelled quite a bit to reach Hampi
