It was a wonderful place to get away after seeing a great show :)

From the moment you pull up to the front door you are greeted by friendly and eager to help staff. It immediately made us feel welcomed.

Relaxation was our purpose fulfilled

Offers many amenities.

We stayed after the Christmas break but before New Years - the one restaurant on site closed at 5 pm which only left us with the option of eating at the Japanese restaurant or ordering room service - not many options for dining

Gorgeous hotel views and wonderful staff

Beautiful hotel, brunch was fantastic at Rose. Starr was an awesome server. Great view overlooking the lake, lovely staff in every department of the hotel, spacious rooms with beautiful bathrooms, room service is prompt and our guest first experience was great.

Dinner at Valerie was terrible, though the staff were really great and attentive, the food was awful, I would recommend going to Valerie for a drink and to enjoy the view only. Also we did find two small hairs on our sheets near the headboards behind the pillows, so that was concerning.

Passable

Hotel was chosen for location, price was excessive.

Nice beds & bedding. Nice blinds & nice view. Shuttle service to local locations very nice. Personnel very helpful.

Still have not received my emailed receipt. Breakfast options too expensive, and too large, smaller and more varied options would be preferred at a more reasonable price.
