Nice short stay in Salzburg.

Nice wellness center. Clean, great location, walking distance to city center and lots of shops and restaurants.

Older but comfortable hotel in excellent location.

Excellent location and great staff. Great bar and restaurant in the hotel. The hotel is an old building but the rooms are very comfortable. I would stay here again. As a side note, we came by train, and taxi to the hotel is recommended if you have a lot of luggage.

Well located hotel for exploring all the sighs in Prague - but let down by old / tired rooms.

Location and the gym

Family room only had one bathroom with toilet inside bathroom - difficult for family of 4. Room looked old and in need of renovation. Very hot and stuffy, low ceilings. Only one small pillow each. No elevator had to carry suitcases up and down stairs. Our bath had no plug - reported to reception only to be told that they had to purchase a replacement. They eventually took a plug from another room.

The breakfast was adequate and the location excellent!

1. Towels could be softer and include washcloths. 2. Radiator is a bit noisy, but we played music on the television to drown it out during our 2nd night. All good!

We loved it! Location was perfect with everything you need being in walking distance.

A lovely appointed property in a beautiful pedestrian area. We loved the Christmas decorations, the breakfast was excellent, the staff lovely.

The bathroom in our room needed rennovation. The desk in our room was a bit old and battered too. And I would have loved another pillow option - the ones in the rooms were not comfortable.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, and the staff were wonderful.

The staff were wonderful, polite, and very accommodating. The lobby/common area was comfortable and a great space to hang out. There was a bar area so we could get drinks while hanging out. The hotel had large umbrellas we could use, which was fantastic since it rained while we were there. We loved the location. We had access to the not-so-touristy restaurants and shops yet were still only a 10 minute walk from Old Town. The bathroom in the suite was large and lovely with lots of drawer space.

The single rooms were very small/tight. The couch in the suite was too small for the space and very uncomfortable.
