Fantastic hotel

Situated in the old town, beautifully appointed rooms, an excellent first class restaurant. The staff showed excellent customer service service & were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was heavenly & plentiful.

Location was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable. Host was very helpful.

Room was extremely expensive given breakfast wasnt included, even for Salzburg. The restaurant connected to the hotel is small and impossible to get into which meant that there werent really any additional facilities eg bar, food available to guests that you would expect.

The absolute best!

Perfect! The location could not have been better and Ulrike was the kindest most helpful hostess of our whole 21 day adventure across 5 countries. She is very responsive to messages and provides extensive information to help you with anything you need. She even came out to meet us in the rain to help with luggage and checked on us every time we left The hotel is on a little alley right at the market. There are bakeries and lovely businesses very close by. As I said Ulrike was exceptional but the rest of the staff was also very nice and helpful. HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

Warm and luxurious stay in a perfec 4 Star!

Ulricha was absolutely wonderful. She cheerfully helped me a parking dilemma and ensured we were set and happy in our beautifully appointed room. This is a bonafide 4 Star with all the amenities!
