Really nice place and amazing people at reception and restaurant. The breakfast is also very nice. If you are driving I strongly suggest the station car park 2 blocks away 3.00 per hour but worth it due to the location. Just a heads up, if you park at the station car park the Exit by foot is at location/platform 14-16 (take the lift to the ground floor and walk platform as if you just got off a train then take a right towards platform 10-11 and ask a security guard at entrance/exit 10-11 to let you out) Do the steps backwards to get back to the car park, please take the car park ticket with you as proof of exit and entrance to the car park.

Everyone was amazing on staff. They went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. The room was spacious and the location was close to trains and metro.

The sofa bed and sloped ceiling in the divided part of the room is not super adult friendly. It is ideal for kiddos.

Location was good. Close to Train station. Breakfast had variety.

Centralised heating and no ventilation in rooms so on a hot week the rooms get stuffy and you need to open the windows with terrible road noise.

Great short stay right near the train station

Great location right near the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were able to store our luggage for the afternoon. The breakfast was excellent! We would definitely return here again

After checking in and inspecting the room and facilities, I must admit that I was quite disappointed. The room was smaller than I had anticipated from the pictures. Additionally, the bathroom could have been cleaner Overall, my experience with the room and facilities was not up to my expectations. My main problem was with the room, not the bathroom. Overall I was expecting a much more high-quality experience and found it lackluster for what I expected, even though it is a three-star hotel.

Very good

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were both clean and nicely organized. Breakfast timeslot had to be booked in advance, but the food itself was good. Free bottled water was provided in the room which was a nice bonus :)

The coffee at breakfast was less than average, although the tea was good. View of the emergency exit staircase wasn't the best, but we spent all day outside anyway. I didn't appreciate the extra charge for paying the tourist tax by card - I understand that it is a new requirement and cash may be easier to handle, but asking extra depending on payment method wasn't the best approach.
