Wonderful heritage hotel with stunning view right on the square.

The hotel is in a perfect location right at Durbar Square. The view from their rooftop terrace is just breathtaking. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The heritage room has some extremely unique windows. Staff was super helpful and kind. Their breakfast is super awesome.

Please be aware that to enter the hotel you'll also need to pay 1,800 rupees as entrance fee to Durbar Square, since the hotel is actually on the square. No problem but I wasn't expecting that for some reason. But this has nothing to do with the hotel, which is perfect.

Beautiful property, the rooms are amazing, so comfortable and full of character. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Wonderful roof top terrace with a fabulous view. Great breakfast

This is a beautiful hotel, right in the middle of Dakar Square. Really comfortable room, lovely bathroom. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast great. Loved it!

Great location and place to stay in Bhaktapur

Amazing location, comfy beds, great shower with hot water

No one asked us what we wanted for breakfast, it was set which meant they wasted egg on me as I am vegan. Also the staff were quite noisy in the corridors in the early morning.

Great hotel in a great location

This hotel is in a fantastic location just on the corner of Durbar Square. The staff were very friendly and ready to help at all times. My room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. A fantastic breakfast was served on the rooftop with a great view of the square. I will definitely stay at Hotel Adam again if I ever make it back to beautiful Bahktapur in the future.

The hotel is perfectly located on Durbar Square. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious. The staff were very helpful - found us taxi to the airport and recommended local restaurants
