fully satisfied with accomodation.

Sooth to say I prefer boutique hotels and this one is very close to it. In my opinion large hotel chains such as Hilton, Hyat, Merriot etc are suitable for conferences only yielding certain rules to be complied with. Perfect location. Relaxing atmospehere. Kind staff. Good wi-fi.

Location right next to the corso and close to all the sights.

Room was a bit cramped if you have big luggage and the kettle was a bit dirty.

Great location but choose your room with care.

It was central - an easy walk to many popular sights. Christina and Ian were excellent as the breakfast staff.

The room in Vittoria was dark and noisy.

Might keep looking next time around.

Really the walls are super thin. There were some ladies next door who came in about midnight and carried on partying and laughing LOUD until 2:00 AM. It was impossible to get to sleep. The location is super. The breakfast was adequate, standard buffet. Front desk staff were great. Room was really noisy for 225 really

Perfect stay in an exquisite gem of a hotel in the heart of the eternal city.

We booked in last minute, having had a terrible night in the hotel we originally booked. The hotel staff could not do enough for us and they even upgraded us to the best suite in the hotel which was simply stunning. Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful and just lovely. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice. The rooftop restaurant was beautiful and the food and service were top quality. The location was right in the heart of everything but our room was lovely and quiet. Simply one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many many places all across the world. If you get a chance to book in here - just do it. 100% recommend everything and hope we get a chance to come back one day.

Great start to our trip!

We absolutely loved the Filipino staff, especially EJ who took care of us and was very warm and kind. We also liked how near it was to everything. Just go outside and you can find restaurants, and the Spanish steps! The breakfast buffet was fantastic as well. I havent tasted eggs like the scrambled eggs they made at Hotel Mozart. Very fluffy! So good. Our room was so quaint and cozy too.

It was very difficult to get a taxi to take us to the termini. Maybe because the frontage of the hotel isnt on the main road. But the good thing was we were able to walk to the Spanish steps and get a taxi there. The only hard part was bringing our heavy luggage on the cobblestones of Rome. Also, no slippers were provided and the floor was cold haha

Great spot and price!

Great location, staff were friendly, room was updated and clean! Beautiful building!!

Did not realize it was a different building, but we got help from staff and they were very helpful helping us navigate our heavy stroller bag. Would not stop me from booking again, just a good to know when traveling with toddlers and folks with varying mobility needs as there are still stairs you need to take to access rooms. The building is gorgeous 100 years old, so keep that in mind.
