Superb

The name Madin neither sound familiar nor it sounded like a top end property. When I reached the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to such a well maintained property which is used by international travelers also. The facilities provided are high end and the staff are well mannered, welcoming and helpful to the guests. It is also centrally located and very convenient to go to the main attractions of the city of Varanasi. I really liked the size of the bathroom in our room and the facilities therein.

1. Rooms could be a bit more spacious. 2. Breakfast - I think spread is great. However, the taste of the food items can be improved, e.g., Masala Tea and Puri Subzi can be improved. The same items that you get in the alleys of Varanasi city are much better.

Comfortable and clean. Helpful personel.

Non agreed extra charges. These charges were not described in booking reservation (taxes) and while the receptionist asked to pay the whole amount beforehand, something that we did, she asked extra money for taxes again in the end of our accomodation. When we asked why we have to pay again for taxes, she could explain neither what was the tax rate nor why the amount was not the same as booking. Very unfprofessional policy by the Hotel.

Very good

Very nice and clean hotel - but not in the cheap end.

Nice hotel. The room was extremely nice and clean. Staff was also very helpful. Breakfast was good. The room service offered reasonable prices, especiall Poha was very good.

atendent stoff madam not good. she is strikt.not told smoth languess maidam and stoff not good. no lagege carry by stoff chek in time and chek out time. she is ariteted . breakfast time staff not caraing. room not bress and tuthpast for every one. clean not so good. room not santrijed.
