The hotel is nicely furnished and decorated. The staff is fantastic! Very quiet AC in the room which is rare and pleasant! The view is great!

Panoramic windows were dusty and dirty, which is unacceptable for a 5 start hotel with such a high room fare rates! Bathroom has only one hanger, which is not convenient to place all the towels and bathrobes for two persons. No socket in the bathroom to use own hair dryer. The shuttle to Dubai Mall and Kite beach is very old mini bus with old and tired seating - not good for a boutique hotel.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, beautiful hotel, AMAZING team!

I came across this hotel when I visited the hairdresser, that is located inside the Indigo hotel, some months ago, the friendliness of the staff and the outstanding interior design that I experienced during my short stay there were the reason for me to come back as a hotel guest this time. The staff in the restaurant and at the reception is TOP NOTCH, like seriously AMAZING, congratulations Indigo to such a gem of a team. Their love for detail, everything was remembered and noticed, always a smile and friendly smalltalk even when they had loads to do. It was my moms birthday and they went out of their way to make it special for her. The breakfast was SO GOOD, food + coffee+ how it was presented + the variety! The Pool area and the bar was nice, especially in the evening, serving nice cocktails and on request great mocktails. The rooms were absolutely stunning as well, we LOVED the design, also the cool shower is worth to be mentioned. The beds were beyond comfortable. What else is there to say? A stunning view on downtown to the frame. Dubai Mall was only a 7 min Uber ride away, there is nice coffeehouses / restaurants / shish bars close by - worth to mention AVE which was walking distance. Great place to stay, great value for a good price.

The only thing that could have been more convenient is if hotel guests could pay their bills from the pool bar at check out and not immediately on the spot.

Staff and overall service - great breakfast and also dinner .. huge rooms very clean and comfy beds / amazing bathrooms

One thing - outdoor pool area looks stunning on photos but in December gets close to zero sunshine - this was a real shame as we had planned to use it daily. Also there is a yoga studio but currently no instructor or classes available

The location is good closed to the downtown and all attractions

1/The food is below average, over priced with zero value. I ordered bread basket and coffee , the bread was reheated and not fresh and smell very bad , also the coffee taste bad 2/The hotel is noisy and never respect the gusts there was construction work and we couldnt sleep because of that. 3/ the massage service is worst I have been through the lady caused me scars and bruises in my back
