Long wait for the elevator. Food was okay. AC was too cold. Having trouble adjusting the temperature. Need to change the rule so guests can re-enter the breakfast area multiple times for coffee or beverages. We paid too much to not being able to come back in the breakfast area to grab a coffee after our meal.

Not recommended at all .

Location is good & room services were good .

This hotel was not a five stars hotel at all, very noisy in the rooms and I couldnt sleep at all . Reception stuff were not qualified to run a five stars hotel .

Everytime we rang down to get help for the fridge not working, no one came, we rang several times over and over No response. Dont stay here.

Location

I dont know why its 5 star inside the room you feel like you are in 3 stars. Im in honeymoon and actually it was my worst decision ever to stay there first the bed were not comfortable the towels looks old overused or overdue also the hairdryer not working well to dry your hair you have to use it for one hour its useless also when you call reception you have to wait for up to 30 minutes to answer your call and to get your order done you have to wait for another 30 mins it has a nice view but unfortunately you cant see it clearly or enjoy it due to unclean glasses
