Amazing overall, highly recommend!

Very friendly Staff

If the laundry room could be a more modern one with at least a quarter machine or swipe/tap to pay method for washing. Was a hassle having to go back and forth to the gas station for change/quarters.

Fun but would not return

The room was pretty spacious and provided a decent view of downtown. The bed linen was nice and soft and the room temperature stayed pretty consistent. The adjacent restaurant was nice and seemingly well-priced.

The bathroom was rather small. The turn-over service was abysmal. My wife and I had to ask repeatedly for service, being told to come at specific times, since I was working in the room, which the staff did not adhere to after agreeing. We had to ask for towels and tissues several times when speaking with staff.

Detroit was a great unexpected experience.

Great walking distance comfortable

Could have been cleaner. Some minor fixes to things in the room such as toilet paper holder.also would be nice to run the fan on the room control unit. A lot of people like to sleep a little cooler and sleep with a fan for the noise. Didnt have a microwave in the queen unit.

Traveled for a concert this last weekend, NO other hotels had rooms available, or we would have moved. With that being said: When we first checked in, they put my husband and I in a room with 2 double beds. we went back down to the desk and asked for 1 king bed. I then looked at my reservation after seeing the room for the price, we booked a suite and they put us in a smaller room and wouldn't refund the difference in cost. Booking.com says it was the hotels' fault, the hotel says that Booking.com put in the reservation as select room at check in. Very unprofessional. no one was willing to help even in the slightest. I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company- MORE HEADACHES. bartenders for the most part were rude, I think we had 1 that was friendly. everything was insanely overpriced- $5 for a small bottle of water is outrageous. room was not very clean, found a bug under the rug plus there was either poop or boogers on the bathroom wall next to the toilet. we stayed in our room as little as we possibly could.

Took over 6hrs to check in only to find a family already in our room at 1am. Charged my credit card $200 over the already $458 room that I never got. Still hasn't put my money back 2 days later. Worst Hotel experience of my 57yrs on this earth

Not prepared for the crowd on game day. Tried to check in a 4. Was told an 1-1/2 wait. It is now 11:59 pm and we are still not checked in.

Very good

Great location for why we were there. I suppose it was good value for money for where its located

The location was perfect. The beds were so comfortable and check in was very quick and easy. We were allowed to check in before lunchtime which meant we could have a brief walk around Detroit without our cases.

Shower room was smelly and dated toilet was very loose. Bar manager came across quite rude and abrupt.
