Nice place

Bartenders were nice. Staff was great. Shuttle to the game was great!

Fire alarm went off at 4am and there was no staff around and it was a false alarm. One would think there would be staff directing you where to go and mention it when checking out..

Lovely property-unfortunately overnight staff mishandled fire alarm

The room was comfortable and the location was perfect. The staff upon arrival was helpful and friendly.

During our stay, a fire alarm went off at 4 a.m. asking guests to evacuate by the stairwells. There were no staff members visible at any time. Many guests including children were outside in pajamas without coats or shoes. No fire personnel or police ever arrived on the scene while guests stood outside for 30 plus minutes. Eventually guests began to make their way to the main entrance to be told by other guests that it was a false alarm. There was never communication by a staff member. At checkout I asked about it and was quickly dismissed as a "false alarm". Staff had very obviously not been prepped to handle fire safety protocol.

I travelled with my young daughter and arrived early. They immediately checked us in with no hassle. Valet was awesome! Everybody was so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with lots of space. We also felt safe and definitely will be back.

The room isnt the nicest the bedding had stains, toilet leaked, shower leaked and the walls and things could use some TLC for sure.

Very good

My stay was pleasant and comfortable. However for the price, the suites should be better.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff at check in and out were very nice and polite.

The rooms need to be upgraded. The room looks dated and needs a new paint job.

We had a suite, hotel was in a great location and within walking distance to everything. In the centre of Greek town. Very spacious. Comfortable and great facilities. Would recommend it.

Hallways were loud into the late hours

Did not eat at the hotel. Too expensive

Plumbing was bad. Maintenance had to come to my room. Pipes rattled when showering

Great location for any activity in downtown Detroit. The staff and service was EXCELLENT! Great on site bar, restaurants with options for family friendly dining and more formal dining.
