Superb

Love the roof top terrace. Perfect place to spend night reading your favourite novel!

Property gives what it offers. Best thing is to sit on the roof top and have a mesmerising view of Jaisalmer fort. Khan bhai and staff in general are always around to help guests.

Increase in breakfast spread will be highly appreciated

A good hotel in a central location with a lovely pool

This was a good hotel in a very central location. If you want to stay in central Jaisalmer just below the fort and walkable to everything, this is a good option out of very few with outdoor pools. We loved the rooftop pool - Jaisalmer is very hot so this was a real plus for us and the pool is really lovely. We also liked the rooftop terrace for sunset drinks. Our room was very large and comfortable. We only ate lunch at the hotel but the food was very good.

Although the staff were friendly and ready to provide whatever we asked for, a little more attention to detail/anticipation of guests' needs would improve this hotel immeasurably e.g. pool towels left out ready rather than having to ask every day; all pool loungers having cushions on them rather than only 2 out of 5; toilet paper provided in the room/common bathrooms rather than having to request this (we were told this was an oversight in our room preparation when we mentioned it, but neither of the two common bathrooms had any either); enough breakfast tables placed in the shade so that all guests can be accommodated easily without a wait. These are small issues and easily fixed.

Superb

Best choice in Jaisalmer?

I was really impressed by the unique atmosphere of this traditional hotel with its unique fort-view from all of its several rooftop terraces. On top to that more than generous size of the rooms (we had two different Deluxe Studios). Everything zas clean and the staff more than helpful and ready to fulfill our wishes. The hotel is in walking distance from the fort. Would recomend, thats 4 sure.

The took their time with the breakfast.

Great stay in heritage Haveli

The bedroom was huge and the bathroom too. Tasteful furnitures and plenty of free snacks and water.

The pool area was not super clean because there are construction works going on just next to it. But I am sure in normal times its clean.

Good stay - definitely recommended stay in Jaisalmer

Heritage feel of the property was wonderful ! quite big rooms with full Rajasthani vibes ! very well maintained property and a wonderful rooftop restaurant with superb city views ! food served was very well with some good local Rajasthani cuisine - ker sangri, gatta curry and rotis ! staff is very friendly and available instantly for any request !

should be very careful with any additional bookings you do with hotel staff especially for desert safari ! ensure to do a good bargain and discuss it clearly ! or just go with your own bookings ! I wasnt particularly happy on how our safari booking was dealt with by grand Khalifa staff !

Helpful staff, great location, big rooms

The location was right by the fort so it was great for exploring. The rooms were massive and finished very nicely. The breakfast was very good and we were able to eat it on the rooftop with a great view. The best part was the staff who were always available to help us, including booking activities.
