Wonderful staff and rooms, but there is room for improvement.

Absolutely loved our room. It was fantastic. Super comfy, cool, gorgeous views. A larger corner unit on the 21st floor. Spacious as well. There was some noise coming through from the floor above (furniture being bashed about or dragged late and early), but I just put in my noise cancelling headphones. Otherwise cant fault it.

We had no choice on arrival time in Saigon. We had been travelling for 24 hours and were exhausted. Too exhausted to walk around an unfamiliar city for several hours, especially as Im recovering from surgery. I feel the hotel could have allowed us to rest somewhere discreet. We had to lie around the lobby from 8am till 12.30pm. It was rather hellish. But the biggest dislike of our stay was the rooftop music by the pool. For an art hotel, they should have curated fresh, chilled contemporary music. Think songs like the Macarena and Barbie Girl mixed into bad commercial house music! And far too loud by the loungers. There needs to be separate volume settings for chill areas at the pool.

Dont think I would stay there again

Location was perfect! A short walk across all the sights and cafes

Check in was late, process an absolute chaos. We had requested for an early check in and arrived at 12 noon. Got a room at 3 pm and that too after making a scene. Showers did not work. Layout of room was inconvenient with only a curtain separating the bath and shower areas. Elevators took forever to arrive. Expect a 5-10 min wait. The key cards to the room kept getting disabled. Staff seemed busy and overwhelmed at all times

Pleasant enough stay in Saigon

Great location. Rooftop pool and bar very good. Comfortable bed, fluffy bathrobes and a cracking bath. Well equipped gym. Helpful staff. Fantastic gingerbread cathedral- well done pastry team!

Towels not readily available at pool. Room service - incomplete order and quality of food could be better considering the price charged. Breakfast not included in room rate.

Outstanding

Outstanding hotel in an excellent location in Ho Chi Minh. The room was very well appointed. The bed was super comfortable, they have a pillow menu so you can select the pillow firmness of your choosing, the bathtub has outstanding bath salts, and the lighting was excellent, so many ambient options and really great lighting around the bathroom sink. We loved the rooftop bar, felt like a high-end club in NYC. The pool and pool views were phenomenal. Wish we had stayed longer/done less so we could have enjoyed the hotel more! The location is also great- just steps away from the War Remnants Museum, the Post Office, the "Notre Dame of Saigon," and more, we were able to easily walk to most major sights.

A must stay

The location was ideal for me, a tourist. The breakfast selection was a great way to start my day off. The room size is ideal, clean and modern. Overall the hotel provided me with all of the amenities I needed (restaurants, bar, service, etc.)

As a Black single woman I enjoyed 90% of your staff. The reception I received from staff was no different from the rest of Vietnam. As a whole the staff was very lovely but sometimes I was met with a bit of surprise/ shock because I was African American and /or a single woman traveling alone. All things that perhaps are not common in Vietnam or of your clientele. I think as slight as this is staff should remember that guests coming to their hotel during a trip is a place they come to for reprieve from outside. This was a very small number of staff but I thought it should be addressed. A very large number of staff were delightful, made me feel welcomed!

Excellent.

Although the view of the room is not as expected, but the room itself is fantastic. It is spacious, modern designed, clean and tidy. The toilet is very hygienic as well.

Booked for city view but the view wasn't very good. Its just a view of bikes parking. There is a convenient store not too far but other than that, everywhere else is hard to walk to.
