Well serviced complex on edge of District 1 and Binh Thanh.

Well serviced complex on edge of District 1 and Binh Thanh. Nice pool area and good gym as well. Comfortable apartment with all amenities you need for a short stay. Very comfortable beds for a bonus!

Lack of soundproofing from the noise of the beer hall/club at the rear of the property.

Great Family location.

Super spacious location to stay for the family. Good buffet breakfast in the morning and not too far from many activities in the city. Justin recommended some fabulous restaurants and entertainment within the city for us to try which did not disappoint. Kids loved swimming in the pool during our down time.

Great apartment and good location

The apartment was huge. Had everything you needed and more. Beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent. Some main sights in walking distance but very easy to call a Grab taxi. Good range on breakfast buffet that covered all needs. Large swimming pool. Excellent if you wanted to swim or for playing with children. Our family lived the pool.

You could hear the traffic noise throughout the night, horns beeping, traffic lights beeping. It wasn't so excessive to stop sleeping but noticeable.

Do not stay here they care about signing a document more then the safety of the guest very disappointed!!

Location thats about it

While sitting by the pool one evening within the pool hours the Gardener starts spraying the plants with weed killer, all of us plus a few other people had to move cause the chemicals blew into our food and I ended up with bad asthma and a headache so bad and dangerous
