You have the best staff that I have ever met in any of my hotel stays.

The best thing about the hotel is its location. Its right as the centre from where everything is close by. Breakfast spread was really good. The soups that you make is amazing.

Property is extremely well designed, modern and clean look and quiet rooms away from the bustling happening around the corner.

A decent stay, nice hotel. Good sauna, gym and pool.

Location is great. we could walk to the Ben then markets.

We asked for adjoning rooms and we had two rooms separated by a room in the middle. We asked for an extra bed for each room (we are a family of 6) and they weren't there and then they took two hours (it was already nightime) to come in.

Nice hotel but questionable rules

Pullman rarely fails. Good service and comfort.

Pool bar closes too early. And they charged me 10$ for condoms which were in the drawer where I expected them to be complementary. You can imagine the embarrassment at checkout. Plus the fact that 10$ is ridiculous overpriced for a pack of 3 condoms. Definitely lesson learned. Never touch the condoms provided at Pullman.

Nice people, gentle personnel, but no more here

Not bad for price paid. Room small but clean and nicely furnishings

Even if I paid in advance the full amount when I confirmed my booking (10 days earlier), they asked me again the credit card used at RSV. They charged a small amount and then they cancelled it. They said it was local bank request. First time happened to me in 30 years traveling around Asia. Usually I stay at Reverie hotel in HCM city and never asked me such thing

Good

The best part with this hotel is the location, breakfast is great.

We took a half board package, the options offered for dinner were very limited, suggest more options to be offered. Also, at the check out we were asked to pay the taxes although at the time of booking through booking.com, we had made an all inclusive booking.
