The Hotel Deco received positive reviews for its location, cleanliness, and helpful staff. Not a 4 star experience

Bar sink was not functioning, wifi was unavailable and totally unreliable, room design limited tv viewing, room design was not comfortable nor functional, water pressure was below standards for a 4 star rating

So many little inconveniences and inconsistencies left the experience quite disheartening and disappointing

Good

Hotel Deco is a very nice hotel but I would be concerned about the noise from traffic outside.

Good staff, warm room, nice bathroom.

The hotel bedroom windows are not double glazed and as the hotel is situated on a busy street, the noise from traffic and police sirens throughout the night was disturbing. Duvet on the bed is a little bit thin, and on a November night, even with heat high,I had to double over the duvet on the bed so as to be warm.

Superb

A well appointed hotel in a great location

A very nice hotel in a great location. The room was very large and well appointed and decorated. It is about a 3-4 block walk from the entertainment district which has a lot to offer. I recommend a stay there.

I would not rate the bed as the most comfortable, to me at least, but everything else was great.

Don't recommend this hotel

The staff does not treat guests well and lacks an understanding of customer service. The hotel lobby is very small, and the dark color scheme in the hallways gives a somewhat unwelcoming feeling. I don't think I will try this hotel again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
