Staff was amazing and friendly. Location was perfect!

On one day during my stay, housekeeping didn't come until after 4:30pm, and did not or remove or replace dirty gasses.

Best in town

The rooms are big, comfy and modern. The only hotel out of 4 I have stayed at in Omaha of this quality. I wish I could have stayed longer. Unfortunately the price tag meant I had to move for the rest of my trip

I believed having booked 6 months ago that the rate was much lower than I was charged. I wish too that there was a shuttle bus.

Relax in the heart of Omaha.

It started with the valet: nice, friendly, quick to help. Then the front desk staff made us feel like we were old friends. The property itself is top notch with a smart, modern but comfortable feel. The rooms were quiet, clean, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious (we had a corner suite). There were USB ports everywhere. You also cant beat the location: Old Market one way, CHI Center, Schwab Field and the Holland Center the other way. Its all walkable. Its also right across the street from the newly redesigned and fabulous Gene Leahy Mall.

Nothing. We thought it was perfect.

there was a very strong perfume smell in the lobby and restaurant area. we really wanted to have drinks in the bar but couldnt even stay in the lobby area for more than a couple minutes because it was so strong

Every employee, from the Valet to the front desk to the evening dinner and drinks and after was very friendly and helpful! Same goes for the morning breakfast staff...
