Highly recommended!

The hotel was beautifully designed. We felt like we had stepped into a museum with all the best-quality Venetian tapestries and glass chandeliers. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they made us feel at home. The location was also excellent, it was walking distance to most attractions, it was near a water bus stop, and surrounded by local art galleries and stores. I would recommend this to anyone whos looking for an intimate, boutique hospitality at the heart of Venice :)

Perfect for our 3 night Venice stay.

Lovely hotel in Venetian style, great location with a waterbus stop 50 metres away and a second stop a short 5 minute walk away. Excellent, helpful, informative, friendly staff. Fantastic continental breakfast. All the attractions are near by within walking distance, or of course take the waterbus. Absolutely recommended!

Great location and breakfast

A great location very close to attractions in San Marco. The hotel itself had a lot of detail and was very unique. The breakfast was fantastic and a great start to the day.

Our bathroom had a funny smell and the bed was uncomfortable.

Comfortable friendly hotel in a great location.

The room was a good size, easy for two to move around it, and very clean and comfortable. The shower was a joy and it is the first hotel I have ever stayed in where the shower didn't leak over the floor! Breakfast was plentiful and you got fresh coffee made to your taste every day rather than being left in a thermos flask. Lia and her staff were lovely, very friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful.

The only thing that was lacking was a kettle for making afternoon and early morning tea. Yes I know, only the English!

Wonderful stay and fantastic staff!

The location was wonderful, the staff were fabulous and catered to our every need, we booked the Junior Suite with a jacuzzi in the room, so our trip was incredibly romantic and the room was impeccably clean and luxurious.
