The Hotel Carlos I was rated 10/10 for cleanliness. The pool was quiet in mid-September with plenty of available beds. The hotel is a good distance walk from the new town and strip, but taxis are rea (Read More)sonably priced. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. However, the food during the buffet was not highly regarded by the reviewer. Overall, they would still recommend the hotel.

Not very good

Didn't like the food at all. Tried breakfast first morning and wasn't good. So we ate out for the remainder of the stay. Booked a room with a double bed but on arrival was told there were no rooms with double beds available so had to do with a single.( Im quite a large man )

Disappointing

Dissatisfied over price for the stay not 4star at present

The staff in reception were very helpful

No coffee facilities in room..the dinner room staff were not happy ..The breakfast was not good cold !! No fresh omelet being made ..over all dissatisfied

Location wasnt too bad for the old town.

The food wasnt great, some of the staff was rude, can hear everything through the windows and walls, woke up at 7am with dogs barking and car horns.

Very good

Stay was comfortable, bar prices reasonable.

Good price

Not a good view from balcony, bathroom door didnt close, and handle came off in my hand, was noisy, room was beside lifts and the stairs so heard the coming and going of other guests.
