The staff are very good. Matratze and pillows were comfortable. Somewhat quiet (for Delhi)

The property is not well maintained (roste and heavy limestone on the showerhead, lightfixture coming out of the ceiling, taped over whole in doorframe).

OK hotel. Central. Service minded personnel.

The service by personnel was good. The location was ok. Close to both old and new Delhi.

The phone number given through Booking was not correct. Nobody answered when we called from airport to ask where our pick-up was. Pictures on Booking are not realistic.

We were assisted by professional executive Mr.Saud.He is well attentive and knowledgeable.We thank him very much. We liked the breakfast buffet at hotel and Hot AC facilities. Everything looks clean and tidy.I recommend this place for couples and family also.

Best hotel near Delhi Railway Station at reasonable price

The location of the hotel is its USP. The buffet breakfast is very good.

Some drainage problem in the bathroom. The room could be a little more spacious.

Superb

Clean and safe space in crazy Delhi

It was our first foot in India and it was perfect; Clean, safe, great and helpful staff and an amazing location. We were only for a night but we 100% recommend as a getaway of the vibrant Delhi.

The main entrance might feel like a back door, but it's perfectly safe and with activity day and night.
