The ambience is superb and the foods are amazing.

During my check-in, the front desk person was exceptionally good and humble, managing everything with a smile. However, in the evening, when my friend came to meet me, another front desk staff named Mr. Bhuvan denied him entry, displaying rude and arrogant behavior. When questioned, he couldn't provide a satisfactory answer and instead suggested checking out. As a resident of the UAE visiting Hyderabad twice a year, I've been comfortable with this hotel for the past three years. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I am reconsidering my choice, and I wonder how the management allows such behavior from their front desk staff.

Overall it was a very good stay...cosy bed....good breakfast....nice people

The rooms are pretty decent size, perfect for a solo or couple. They have a study table and chair on which I could take my video calls...have seperate luggage space to keep A locker A fridge 2 water bottles per day Breakfast is also good The best place to hangout is they have a open area in the backyard where table and chairs are arranged where you can hangout and have your breakfast lunch dinner....I really enjoyed that place. Most importantly they gave me early check-in...that's so nice of them....I really appreciate it....as In have to go to office and I had just arrived from Mumbai I wanted to freshen-up a bit...so I got checked-in at around 9:30 am

Their electric kettle seems to be quite old...so when I was heating the water in it...the water would contain some black particles that is more of a corrosive particles from the kettle. Also in the bathroom the shower taps were really tight...I had a hard time to on and off the shower

Disappointing

Hygiene issues and same taste of food with all items

The place and ambiance was good, peaceful and tidy.

I guess it's the hygiene of the sheets, I had terrible body rashes after my stay here. This was horrible. Also the taste of food is all same, no matter what u order the food tasts same, same masala and taste. Disappointed.

Rooms had a weird smell, had mosquitoes on day one, and had poor torn bed linen. But the staff tried to help when these concerns were raised.
