The staff could have been capable of a more personal relation & touch. They were thoroughly professional, though - so not an issue.

Heritage Hotel Excellence in Jaipur

The perfect heritage hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent caf restaurant with delicious fresh homemade food. Lovely garden area to relax. The best staff - everyone so friendly and helpful! A wonderful stay and a great location.

Well worth it's long running fame

Amazing staff - they treat you better than 5 star hotels. Lovely cafe, garden, lounge and rooms. Very clean.

The hotel is close to a main road so it can be noisy sometimes but that's the case in a lot of places

Enjoyed the restaurant

Very good breakfast and beautiful garden surroundings with musicians. Peaceful outside setting.

We arrived at 2am by taxi from Delhi exhausted due to flight cancellation and requested water bottles which we were charged for:( We requested our room cleaned by leaving the key at reception but room wasn't cleaned. The staff person on second day was helpful but didn't find the older man very helpful or interested and without a smile. It's a busy hotel and restaurant but needs some personal touch.

The hotel is at the far from the main part of lake Pichola by approximately 02 KM

Breakfast was not good at all

The hotel should at least provide a standard spread of breakfast items with proper nutrition and taste as the tariff is high with inclusion of breakfast

Wonderful and pleasant stay

Overall very pleasant stay, location wise its very good, staffs were very well behaved and helping, hotel ambience was superb very well decorated. Addition to that I liked the food served in Chitra, hygiene and quality wise good, feel like eating home cooked food...thank you for the wonderful hospitality...
