Breakfast was very poor quality. There were no hot eggs without butter which I cant eat. The ingredients were very low quality, not whole meal bread, so couldnt eat a healthy breakfast.

I would not stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was good.

The property required a deposit that was not mentioned on the booking app. The lady at the desk said it was on the website and printed it off but it didnt not say per night. The deposit they charged was per night. When I asked to speak to a manager she said he went home sick and would not answer my calls. I paid the deposit because we had no choice. We drove all night and my kids were tired. The pull out couch was uncomfortable and the elevators did not work correctly. We ended up having to use the stairs almost the entire stay and the door to one of the floors would not open. We also requested some extra towels and a crib which the front desk said someone would drop off. I was in the shower and my husband went to get food so my toddler was on the couch watching tv when a man opened the door and put the crib inside. I was not aware he came in and my first after thought was he could have stolen my kid.

Great place nice rooms clean and modern nice pool that was heated

Parking 5 dollars a night! Not for Orlando! Breakfast was too busy too many people and not enough space Cleaning was every other day not every day

Location

Roaches infested in kitchen, bathroom, in dishwasher, coming up through drains. Disgusting. All sizes and these were actual cockaroaches, not palmetto bugs which are common in Florida. I believe their pest control contract is negligent or they are just spraying water, who knows. This was outrageous after being up for 2 days flying in from Europe. Worst hotel experience ever!!
