The staff was so friendly and kind. Definitely the best value for your dollar!

The only difficult thing was that the parking sensor didn't always work. There were multiple times we had to try to scan the card five or so times before it actually read it to let us in the garage, same for our room. Overall I think it is an easily solved problem with new key cards. Not anything to really affect a stay tho!

Good breakfast, great location.

The bathrooms face the bed and seem to amplify sounds form the toilet/shower room. Frankly, it is a poor design.

Very nice room, the view to the baseball park was nice. It felt like a tiny home

Great property loved the atmosphere

There was a bit of issue with check in when it came with booking.com however I enjoyed my stay definitely would go again!

Great location, luxurious room, and friendly staff.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very responsive and friendly. The location to downtown could not be more perfect with easy access to the Falls Park on the Reedy.
