Friendly, accommodating & will book again.

The front staff were amazing, and friendly.

We had a room next to elevator & it was quite noisy but I can fix that by asking for a different room next time.

Overall not bad stay. But the bathroom could have been better.

Close to shops and restaurants.

The water pressure was awful. Hot water took forever to warm up. The shower couldve been cleaned better. There was hair in there.

Huge comfortable rooms with lots of nearby mall shopping, dining, and entertainment!

Huge rooms! More tabletop space than I have ever had at any other hotel. The tables on wheels were especially helpful to prepare for an event, and tucked away easily when we were done without taking up too much space. The kitchenette is great to cook or reheat food and save money by not eating out. Located next to a mall with lots of shopping, restaurants, and fun things to do. Pool is great for families. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of different food options. This was our second stay and it did not disappoint - we will stay here every time we are in the Richmond area!!!

Overall pleased. Second year staying here.

Nice location to shopping. Breakfast is a plus. Quiet this year. Was a plus having soccer kids on separate floors from other guest. They have been very noisy and annoying in past years

Not enough wash cloths. Had to ask three separate times for those and would only give you two. Well it was two of us.
