This was a very affordable price for a short stay family six

Location , price , family friendly , and heated garage

As advertised that a crib would be provided I even called two days before our stay to reassure there would be one and was hold told they would make a note of it And I had the impression it would be in our room already but I had to call the front desk and they said they would have to look and then was told we wouldnt be getting one ! That was very disappointing -and then in the shower there was mold in the corners of it. They was no Extra pillows for the pull out couch . When we arrived they had a sign that they would be back And Waited a good ten minutes before someone came to check us in.

Very comfortable feel delicious food and felt very secure there.

It was great and felt Centrally located for anything you want to do in Omaha and Absolutely love the parking inside the building made me feel more secure about my car. Also the Breakfast was amazing every morning.

Kind of hard to get out of onto the road and when first going up to it didnt know where to park and didnt realize you could pull into the parking garage before checking in

We were there for a medical appointment, so the location was perfect, I love how this hotel provides the amenities, it is not necessary to carry many things since they provide us with excellent quality personal hygiene items and they do not limit the quantity. without a doubt our favorite for our next medical appointments

Good but charges not told prior to stay

Room was clean

Pool heater was broken. Also was charged parking fees without being notified before cost. Was told I could pay cash only to have my card charged in the end and front desk said their was nothing they could do.

Stephanie, at the front desk was super helpful and kind. I had a birthday party for my 5 year old and she went above and beyond. Thank you again!

The heated pool wasn't quite heated and it was cold outside. But the kids still had a good time.

A really great place to stay

We loved our room, pool, parking garage, and continental breakfast! This was one of our best hotel experiences. The rooms are so modern and clean and the parking garage was very nice for bringing in all of our luggage. The continental breakfast had many choices and everybody enjoyed it.
