Clean hotel, convenient location

The lobby, halls and room were very clean. The bathroom had full size body and hair care products. Breakfast tasted very good!

The heater and air conditioner unit doesn't allow for the fan to run independently, so when it reaches temp, the room gets overly quiet and you can hear other guests walking by the room. Breakfast selection was lacking a bit in fresh food.

Very good

We were travelling long distance, so could only stay one night.

It was an easy, short drive off and back on to I-29. The breakfast was good and the whole facility was clean and comfortable. We walked to the casino without having to go outside.

Comfortable, convenient and expensive.

Location is great on and off the highways. Location with casino a bonus. Breakfast was good and started early (6a on the weekend) which was awesome for us.

Price was high I thought, but convenience outweighed this time. Previous trip we stayed at the Holiday Inn next door as it was less expensive. We travel this route often and I will choose the least expensive of the 3 hotels at this location.

Bad experience council bluffs

The location

I had paid and booked my stay before I entered the facilities. They could not find my booking then it showed I had to pay at the property then I had to wait in the living area for about 25 minutes the front desk lady kept me updated the supervisor that was ringing booking.com to find my form of payment looked like she was there not willing to help me out she mentioned I might have to ring booking .com and tell you my PIN for my booking. Previously I never had to do this I was so disappointed we had to stay that night because we have appointments for husband at Nebraska Medicine for cancer treatments and we were tyred and we just wanted to be in our room

Very good

It was nice hotel, I will stay again for sure.

The location is perfect.

Evening Front desk lady was rude. I asked how much for a bottle of coke, she said 3 bucks, she charged my card 5 bucks but didn't tell me. When I called down there, She placed me on hold and never came back.
