Cleanliness.

There was no bar or cooked breakfast. Not a problem but it's more false advertisement. If you shut down facilities at least let the paying customer know to make better accomodations. Ridiculous!

Wasnt allowed to stay.. thankfully

Had our money refunded, moving across the country with cats (military move) online says pet friendly (changed their policy last month no longer excepting cats) . Front desk was very helpful and tried to get an exception for us.

We didnt stay obviously however the lobby had the worst smell that I cant even describe. Also, this place had breakfast option except for the day we were supposed to stay due to working on the water systems (no water from 9am-5pm.. felt sorry for those that stayed there. Location not the greatest looked super sketchy.

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Good location, very good price point for room. Bar and food excluded

Room window units are old and look discolored and moldy around the seals. Those type of air/heat units are loud, and often harbor mold and germs. There are more modern and efficient ways to heat and cool rooms. The bar lacked options and was very expensive ($50 plus for 2 glasses of wine and one scotch) - glassware etched and old/ inexpensive or plastic. The scotch was ordered neat and was served with a bottle of bottled water. The scotch itself was poor quality.was excused due to delivery issues. Breakfast suffered from supply issues ( out of vegetables for omelets) served on styrofoam plates with plastic utensils, no napkins ( only paper towels). Inflation has affected many restaurants but this facility seems to have been hit harder than most.
