Disappointing

The spa was amazing! The massage and the ladies were very very good.

The room we were given. They did change it after we complained which was nice of them but not what i was expecting.

Hotel on a loud street

That we found another hotel close by where we could hear birds singing instead of hearing drunk tourists:)

The hotel is located on a street with pubs and clubs playing very loud music all the time (I believe not only during the night). You can hear it from the rooms, too (we checked two, from which, one was not ready, pillows on the floor, not cleaned, etc.). When we arrived, we didn't like the approach towards our room requirements (and showing us room which was not ready but acting like it is, that made us feel unsafe) as well as the type of vibe this hotel gives due to its location and type of guests. That is why we requested cancellation and are awaiting a refund. If you don't mind living on a party street, then the hotel should be OK I guess. We prefer quiet hotels in secure areas.

Overall is ok but they can improve more on their service to have better standard

Near eateries n cleanliness

Was given only 1 keycard per room which is insufficient and difficult for us to enter if the other partner is sleeping or in toilet..took almost evening for them to do room make up..the occupancy was low at that time but was not even recommend for connecting room..we booked 4 room in total all separated..

Great choice in Krabi Ao Nang Beach

Rooms are exceptionally well fitted and well designed, with a smart layout out and intelligent storage spaces. Super comfortable bed, large TV with good program selections. Excellent breakfast choices and efficient services all around.

Bathroom mirror is not very practical/small. Rooms on the lower floors can be somewhat noisy in the evenings from the entertainment venue across the street.
