Exceptional

Excellent stay for an excellent price.

All of the staff were superb. Room was large, very clean and contained everything required. Beds were very comfortable and it had an excellent shower. Breakfast was very good also.

Superb

Amazingly charming

Every member of staff was so polite and caring. I lost my glasses and they helped me search. Unfortunately, we didnt find them but they will contact me if they find them which is very kind! Very clean, very comfy and affordable

The only not perfect thing was the tv didnt work and they didnt know how to fix it. I was unable to watch the fireworks but everything else makes up for it.

Very good

Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Location, Cleanliness, Staff are exceptional,

Very relaxing and would definitely stay again

We liked the space we had, the layout was really relaxing. My daughter has OCD and struggles with cleanliness of places but she was very pleased with the whole hotel. This made our stay so much more relaxing. The staff were very very friendly and couldnt do enough for us.

The only thing I would pick up on was the full English is left a bit long after its cooked so the bacon wasnt too good. I e only mentioned this as didnt have anything else to write about not liking.

Ok but not a brilliant experience

Decent basic room for the price.

Asked for a cot at time of booking. Arrived at 8pm so needed to go to bed shortly with kids. Asked reception if there was a cot in the room, they said yes. There wasn't, and then took about 30 mins to get it in the room. Also at breakfast my husband was trying to work out how to use the coffee machine and was obviously struggling. There was a lady stood behind him waiting for a while. Husband ended up walking away. Turns out this lady was from the reception desk and went on to make 2 coffees for herself and colleague. I would have thought she would at least offer assistance on how to use the machine?!
