Felt safe and secure

Very clean safe atmosphere

All TV in hotel breaking down for from 6.30 in the evening until late morning the following day. Not good for a lone female traveller who does not want to sit in the bar. Would have been nice to have car parking car fees waived as compensation

Not as good as it used to be.

This hotel is in a great location as it's so close to the motorway. It has everything you need and the rooms are very spacious and clean. Has a well equipped gym. The breakfast also has lots of choices.

I have stayed here many times over the years and I do feel the standard has dropped. The rooms could do with some refurbishment. It was disappointing the pool is no longer there even though it is advertised. And you now have to pay for parking which is a bit cheeky. Why not just restrict it to guests and gym members?

A good stay but not a great stay

Room was spacious , clean, tea and coffee, warm room Very good breakfast I expect a bit more from a Hilton hotel and it was slightly off the mark, hence 7 not 8 or 9

TV did not work very well at all ( I need some TV even though we were out most of the evening ) Had to remake the bed as bottom sheets not fitted correctly Small hotel bar was not stocked up very well , staff not always there and card machine broken, had to pay at reception Thought parking should be free but that's just my opinion.

No sleeping be when I arrived the police were there as a van hag just had all his tools stolen duty manager not bothered when I ask if there was a stay to park asked for refund as I didnt want to risk my van being broken in refused will not book that hotel again

Overall decent stay but forget the food!

Food quality has gone down. By no means is the menu cheap so would expect quality but not the case. Had a burger that was inedible due to mainly consisting of gristle and eggs were simply rubber!
