Nice small hotel if you need to be near Duston
Nice environment and breakfast, good parking and location for visiting Duston.
Found the bed too hard. Small single room. Quite expensive.

Staff very friendly.
Stayed Christmas day evening when they are closed so no breakfast but a cereal bar. On previous Christmas day croissants, fruit and drinks have been arranged for boxing day morning. There was no price reduction for lack of breakfast. Room was okay but bathroom fan didn't work and lighting made shaving and makeup difficult.
