Disappointing

I am grateful for the kind staff, but sorry to say I will not be coming back to stay here.

Just the location. Near a lot of restaurants and izakayas. The train station is a 8-12 minute walk away.

The fact that you are not allowed to eat inside and to arrange your luggage inside is very inconvenient. My locker and bed was right beside the doors and it was very dangerous because I could possibly be hit by someone coming inside as I am climbing down from my bed! The lobby is always crowded and some guests have no choice but to occupy the floor when arranging their luggages. The showers and washrooms AND lockers were on a separate floor and that is quite inconvenient as well.

Superb

It was exceptionally clean. The staff was really nice, and always available, nice amenities and fresh towels and pyjamas everyday. Loved the location. Great value for the money. p.s. the breakfast is from Starbucks

what I did not expect: the fact that you have to check out before 10 and check back in after 14, it was for cleaning reasons witch is understandable, but you have to make sure to leave before 10.

The location. It is very near Tokyo station.

The locker is at level 1 and shower facilities at level 2. Sleeping area is another level. Need to move up and down the lift.

A great stay overall.

I had a great stay. the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The capsule I stayed in was very clean and so were the facilities.Would highly recommend for a solo traveller looking for affordable accomodation. The hotel was located within walking distance to the train station which if found very convenient.

Clean , unique , capsule experience

experience was great , they provide you with everything you need for one night stay . locker room and bathrooms were super clean , and capsule room was great too .

mattress wasn't very comfortable , felt like i was sleeping on the floor .

Superb

Easy access from the Kanda Station, close to plenty of restaurants, clean, quiet. The bed is super comfortable and wide, there is plenty of room. The staff was friendly and explained clearly how things work. Amenities are offered so you dont even need to pull your toothbrush and pyjamas out of your suitcase.

The lockers are a bit small, i was able to put in a cabin sized suitcase my coat, carry on bag and shoes which is plenty, but it would be nice to have a slightly bigger locker so its not as cramped (especially in colder months with big coats) I remember a few years ago being able to book either a bottom or top cabin. Would be nice if this was still possible. I probably could have asked at reception.

Great concept. Pods are comfortable for people who are used to sleeping on futon. Bathroom is clean and modern, great cosmetics (shampoo etc). Very nice receptionists!

There is no chance to have an uninterupted sleep (even 5 hours is a miracle) without really good earplugs! People totally ignore the fact that they entered a quiet zone (sleeping pods) and make so much unnecessary noise.

With the rules like "don't take the luggage to the sleeping area", it's indeed quieter comparing with some other hostels. The shower area is quite clean, and you'll have enough space to place your clothes or other stuffs while taking a shower.

To create a quiet space, all your luggage should be stored in the locker on the first floor, so it's a bit inconvenient when you need to take something out or getting ready to take a shower, get dressed, etc. No eating or drinking, so you'll have to finish your meals somewhere outside. However, these rules are for a cozy space for the others, which is acceptable for me.

Convenient

It was very near to both JR line starion (its one stop away from Tokyo station) and also to the subway station. Plenty of convenient stores and restaurants near the hotel. The place is small. The only downside is that the lockers are tiny. But it is clean and despite shared bathrooms, i never had to wait to use one. Highly recommended esp when traveling alone.
