Stay is okay,charing for stay was not mentioned clear.

Good taste,good service.

Payment receipt was not made at the time of check-in ,even the payment was made for two days at the time of check-in.Also no tracking record for the same.

Room was not ready in time despite informing them about arrival time. The allotted room had choked bathroom, had to be changed later. The quality of food was not very good.

I felt discriminated by the staff especially in the restaurant. The first night they really ignored me, I remained un-attended for nearly 10 minutes.

The housekeeping staff was good and the View was good

The room was very small.First of all they made me wait till 3:45 as the room was not ready then They gave me a connecting room which i refused to accept and after 10 calls and one hour wait they shifted me to another room.I asked for scissors and after so many calls they sent a Butter knife which was of no use.I did not like the stay as the beds were not comfortable either
