Second time here. Compared to 3 years ago, the hotel has improved significantly. Breakfast was perfect, despite other negative and unsubstantiated comments. The best combination of price and quality!

Worth it

The facility was generally hood and worth the money paid.

First night i was placed opposite to the road which was very noisy. Myself and the kids couldnt sleep hence had to move rooms at 4AM. However, following the move all was good.

Size room, clean. Close to the beach, nice people and service, good breakfast.

Humidity in the room was too high if AC was not on. Sometimes was quite noisy during night.

Only location was perfect .

I book 2 rooms , on first day one room was having sewerage problem and bad smell , 2 day the other room get same prob it was fixed by the housekeeping but still sewerage smell was till there then comes with off and was not working till morning .. its not a new property as shown in pic .. can get better option in same price tag .

Good location, only a few meters from Patong Beach.

General maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities was a bit poor. The ceramic tiles in the room were cracked in several places and you could feel the parts moving and hear them cracking while walking around.

I would highly recommend this for people with family/kids.

The breaksfast was very good. Rooms were neat and clean and exceeded our expectations. The location was exceptional with everything within less than 4 minutes of walking distance and Patong beach within 2 minutes of walking distance. A very lively place with lots happening in and around this hotel. A very convienent, heart of the city located family hotel with outstanding service by staff. Staff are very courteous and polite.

The loud music from Patong beach could reach the hotel even at night after 11:00 p.m.
