The staff at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Shreveport - Downtown were friendly and helpful. Guests appreciated the comfortable beds, cleanliness, and the presence of shampoo and soap dispensers (Read More)in the shower. The breakfast had a good selection and the gym had all the necessary equipment. Some guests mentioned issues with a door not shutting correctly and the lack of a microwave in the room. However, overall, guests enjoyed their stay and praised the location for its proximity to festivals and attractions.

For the one night stay it was average.
King size bed and large rooms
AC didnt work, water pressure was not great and water got cold fast.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were so courteous and helpful.
The first thing that I loved about the property was that it was clean from the outside all the way into the inside!
We loved everything about this property.
