The staff at the Holiday Inn Boise Airport are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean despite needing an update. The location is convenient for early morning flights, but noise from surrounding (Read More) rooms can be heard. The pool area is nice, and the night manager, Celeste, and breakfast buffet staff exhibit great customer service. The hotel is more expensive but has a restaurant nearby. The food and service at the bar/restaurant are good, but the breakfast is expensive for a continental breakfast. The rooms with two queen beds and a hide bed are great for groups. However, there were issues with check-in/out and retrieval of lost items.

over all it was a useful location and we got good nights sleep. Dinner and service was good.

We stayed there 3 seperate times during a couple weeks period. I was given a room one time that had a toilet ventilation problem. Sewer gases were leaking into the room. We couldn't smell them in the bedroom and were too tired and had too little time to bother requesting a change of rooms. The other 2 times I made sure we were not put back in that same room.

The people are great, wonderful location, was quiet.

Bed was comfortable, shower nice, like the extra room with the tv.

I had a dirty towel in the bathroom on arrival. Furniture needs to be undated. The couch was dirty, maybe blood??? Didnt know I had to book the shuttle, should be told that when checking in. Please dont allow people to smoke/vape right outside the front doors, its very annoying and not good for my health.

For an impromptu stop, it was definitely worth the money. If in the area again, I may stay here.

The location was great, right off the freeway. The staff was wonderful. The place is nice. Had dinner at the in house restaurant and bar. It was actually pretty good, I was surprised. The bed was more comfortable than most hotel beds. Good room for the price.

The shower had no pressure at all! The vessel sinks in the bathroom are almost useless as you can barely get your hands under the faucet so makes washing your face difficult. The A/C unit needs replaced. I had it set at 66 and it was still warm in there. The fan was on high and barely blowing. We didnt partake in breakfast because you had to pay for it.

Got good rest, would use them again just not room 302 or any third floor at this location given the weak Wi-Fi situation

The roominess of the room. Good amount of space for the amt of people we had (4). 2 beds and a rollout in a sectioned off room. With an extra tv in the other room. Kinda neat. Place was clean ( a big thing for me)

A/c didnt work in room 301 nor did the Internet. two major turn offs. When advertising these things, ensure they work in every room!!! If a person pays for them.. they should have them. The second room we got had the thermostat fall off the wall as soon as you touched it. Luckily the AC was new and was able to run from the unit itself. Had a better stay there 2nd night.

Perfect rest spot on a drove from MN to oregon.

1st off the cleanliness, cleanest hotel I have stayed in Thank you!!! It was no issue for me to have my dog and he was so comfortable. All the staff from the checkin, bartender, cleaning and maintenance people I interacted with were top notch, guve them a raise. All other hotels should come shadow your employees, you are doing everything right

It could always be less money :) but you get what you pay for

No cookies? When I booked, evidently I wasnt able to get a breakfast voucher. Which is ridiculous. When you pay over $150 youd think youd get breakfast. The desk clerk made it right though
