Location, price, friendly staff, breakfast at a reasonable price

We flew into Boise and out of Boise the next day. We want a hotel near the airport that provided a shuttle serve from and to the airport. Our King room was large and comfy to sleep in, no hwy noise at all. Breakfast the next morning was similar to most other hotels but still hot and good. Staff was very friendly at the hotel and on the shuttle van. Our stay had all requirements met.

our room was meant for the handicapped. The shower was for a wheelchair so every time we showered, the entire bathroom floor would fill with water. bed was really hard and uncomfortable.

Breakfast was fine and the selection good.

One of our three rooms did not have a functioning heater and the thermostat for that room was completely and utterly dead, blank, inoperative, and or broken, nor was there any staff available to fix the problem.

From check in to check out, everything was just fine. Except for... The blood...

The layout of the room was pleasing, looked clean and smelled fine.

One of the pillowcases had a huge blood smeared stain on it. Woman of the room was quite upset and disgusted.

Was better than I expected!

The person at the front desk was super helpful. I cannot remember her name, but she was exceptional!

Great location close to the airport and we were able to park our car there while we flew out of the area for visiting family.

Superb

Staff were very friendly and helpful. 24 hour shuttle to the airport was fantastic. Our flight was at 5:20 am. This is a great service, as other hotels do not offer this early of a shuttle.
