Better call ahead to be sure you werent relocated

I had reservations for 7 months, however when I checked in, they told me that I had been relocated to another hotel. When I asked why, they told me that because they are an extended stay facility, when someone wants to extend their stay, they accommodate them. So, really? Youre going to bump someone who has reservations for 7 months because someone has a whim to extend their stay? How about telling the person that they cannot accommodate them because there are people who already have reservations!?!?! To top things off, the place they relocated us to did NOT have a kitchenette AND CHARGED US MORE!

It was fine for the 2 nights I stayed. Probably wont stay there again.

No breakfast. Coffee was good. Room looked clean.

Adequate for the price.

The room was clean, and the furnishings nice.

It was very noisy all though the night. The hall smelled weird. I didnt get much sleep because it was so noisy. Even though I put my white noise machine on. my brothers room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Cheaper than others but isn't worth the saving

Lobby, shower, TV with Roku

Noizy AC, noizy fridge, terrible tap water (not so terrible in the hotel just across the road), no way to vent the room

Lack luster and smelly.

Price and location were perfect

Room was not ready when we arrived at 7pm. Front desk person asked us to come back when he called to say the room was ready. Unfortunately, we could not do that because of small children. We were given a different room but when we finally got into our room it smelled terrible like cigarette smoke (smelled it strongly all night) and our bathroom shower curtain had not been changed from last guest because it has dark brown makeup (possibly spray tan) all over it. Weve stayed before and had a good experience but this time was lack luster.
