Great staff

Really bad coffee, I'd say more water than coffee. The sauna is not heating enough, but the steam room is good.

Sheets like sandpaper and freezing cold room.

Bed and linens were horrible. The sheets felt like sandpaper and the bed was uneven and hard as a rock. The heating unit didnt work and it was freezing. And no really blanket, just a paper thin sheet like cover that was also like sandpaper. Overall very uncomfortable.

Woke up tired from the noise but comfortable in my bed

Room was clean, staff was friendly and informative, fan had the option to stay on constantly.

I love everything but the insanely loud noise of the highway. Had I know there wouldnt be much of a sound barrier between my highway-facing room and the traffic, I would have opted to stay elsewhere

Very good. Surprised that it was a decent breakfast and included in the price.

Great staff, comfortable, good breakfast.

Saw a piece of bread or cookie behind the TV stand. Obviously, housekeeping doesn't look there or in the overflow drain, which you can see from the bathroom mirror. Looked rather gross.

I will not return, it was okay.

Good staff, decent breakfast, easy to get to from freeway, comfortable bed.

Lots of noise from the interstate and from an all-night generator in the parking lot. The hallways smelled funny, might be new carpets off-gassing.

Great staff, clean and spacious room, but noisy!

Front desk person we extremely friendly!

Its by the airport and although we didnt hear any planes noise, our room was next to the parking lot for those huge shipping trucks and they idle all night long. It was so noisy, we couldnt sleep at all.

Very nice facility but too close to major noise.

Very convenient.

So close to freeway it was loud and obnoxious. If I ever stay there again, Ill insist on a room on the south side rather than north.

Great place to stay for short term

Exceptional condition, excellent facilities, very clean staff helpful, good value for money. lovely outside seating area, even though it was a smokers area, plenty of room to sit in the evening.

It's very close to a road but you could not hear the traffic. There is a restaurant close by, which is OK, but is essentially for truckers.

Exceptional

Our New Only hotel we will stay at in Boise.

This hotel is right off the Hwy. The newly renovated decor was outstanding! On Point being close to the airport. Our beds were fabulous. The Best thing right from the entering the automatic doors ( wish every hotel had those) was Debi at the front desk. so friendly, helpful, so pleasant. This hotel is very fortunate to have a employee of her caliber.

only thing was our bath tub/shower ran out very slowly.
