Dinner not Satisfied

Good Buffet breakfast. Free shuttle bus service between hotel and train station(it's not available all the time). Bathroom facilities good. Liked the Gym and pool facility.

The family room was not spacious enough. They had one double bed and one sofa bed. We booked for half board facilities. But we were given a 50 dinner voucher/day for a family with 4 people. The dinner menu was expensive with only few menu choices, which was disappointing

Staff are very helpful and friendly. If you have an early flight and have a hire car to return, especially if its electric, ideal location, with charging points. It's also Very well soundproof.

Bed was comfortable enough, however could have been larger.

Were to begin absolutely shocking reception tell us we have a meal voucher to find no restaurant open or chef available the staff didnt have a clue what they was doing no shuttle bus as adviced when booking not happy

Nice hotel but wish the staff were more honest.

Good value for money and nice hotel

The cleaning staff stole my sons necklace that was left in the room upon departure. Absolutely disgusting as this was one of his Christmas presents. Was told that it had not been found and I know 1000% that it was there when I left. Have heard nothing since being told it will be investigated.

Great stay so the kids can watch the planes and have fun in the pool, but the cooked breakfast was terrible and the hote

How close it was to the airport, our boys love planes and loved watching them taking off and landing! The fact that the hotel had a pool, this was great for the kids even though it was a bit too cold!!

The rooms were a little dated and needed a kick of paint! We paid to have an executive room and I did look around thinking it looks old and needs some TLC. That bathroom having a shower and bath was brilliant! But the grout was so dirty and dull, a shame really. Didnt like that when you walked down the corridor everyones left over breakfast, drinks, snacks etc are left outside for hours! We must of walked past the same breakfast tray about 8 times and it just looked disgusting being sat there for so long. The breakfast was decent on the first morning, staff were really friendly and helpful, great with the kids. However on the second day the bacon was so tough I couldnt eat it, likewise with the sausages as if they were from the day before, the staff were friendly but there was one girl I didnt see the day before who spent most of her time chatting to the chef, I actually had to ask her if she would mind letting me in to get some eggs because she was stood in the way and far too occupied chatting to notice me standing there. When we arrived at the hotel we didnt have any spare bedding for the sofa bed, but this was rectified quickly and we were given extra by the house keeping staff, she also apologised for it not already being here.

great location, good price for your stay

love the pool and the room was good, this is our second time to stay here, i would book it again if you are flying from Birmingham airport this is the perfect location to stay

i have booked for 2 adults and a child, the child bed wasn't even made, i had to put the sheet on and do the duvet cover as well we have only got 2 towels instead of 3 the breakfast was not the best, the bacon tasted like grease the scrumbled egg looked questionable and my daughter said it was not good at all.

Brilliant for budget and facilities

The chef behind the counter at breakfast time was soo kind and extremely helpful.. he made us veggy sausages because there were no halal options.. he made us a spicy omelette and even pancakes.. i wish i had gotten his name! It was Christmas day morning time around 8.30ish... thank you for making our morning so delightful! The facilities were open on Christmas day which was so good! We only booked this hotel because the kids love a good swim fun. The pool could have been a little more warmer but it was fine once u get use to it.. the jacuzzi was good the steam room could have been more hotter too? Overall its great for a three star! The only problem i had were the sofa beds.. they were not comfortable but it's nice that our room had a bath great for kids! Also the heater in the room was very handy too.
