Good for an overnight stay after a long flight

The staff at the reception were very friendly Akshay at the dinner was kind and helped us with vegetarian options The bath was exceptionally good Food Would appreciate lesser oil in the noodles We got our bottles filled with water on request for the travel, much thanks

The carpets in the passage seemed old.

Suitable for a few hours Kip before a flight

Close to the airport. Good sized rooms.

Was charged 4 to be dropped off at the hotel. Shouldnt have been, as per the hotel policy, but there was no one working in the car parks to grant access. Understandable to be charged for airport short stay drop offs but there was no other way to access the hotel without going through the parking barriers. All around the hotel is cctv monitors with no stopping and 100 penalty fines.

Very relaxing

Breakfast was plentiful. Tomatoes were a little salty though. Sausages were yummy. The airport was a real pain in the proverbial. We didnt realise there were renovations going on and we had a lot of trouble finding the monorail... the signage was very poor. I have trouble with my leg so all the extra walking up steps gave me a lot of pain. The room was lovely but the bathroom was just a little small. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious.

As mentioned above, the link to the monorail was difficult for me. Bathroom was a little small as the door to the toilet opened into the bathroom. We had trouble getting the temperature right in the bedroom.

Excellent Location & Very good Staff.

The hotel is very well located, with easy and fast access to the airport. The staff is friendly and ready to help anytime, making the check-in and out a pleasant experience.

Some toiletries are not available in the room and must be requested at the reception, which is a bit tricky when you need something on your hands immediately. Would be very helpful keep the things available in the bathroom as most of the hotels do.
