If I was being really picky, there was a slight light leakage under the doorway from the hallway light, but really not that big of a problem.

Great location, great welcome

Clean, comfortable hotel. Very welcoming and courteous staff and a lovely cooked breakfast. Great location for the NEC with ample parking.

Room was a bit cold at night but otherwise fine.

Very good

Cracking family-run hotel, close to the NEC and airport. Great service. Comfy bed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They shared knowledge of the local area and advice on making travel plans using public transport and taxi.

If Im being picky, Id have liked a bigger portion of English breakfast - for example, two sausages instead of one. Plus the room took a while to heat up. But Im being really picky. Overall it was a good hotel.
