Didnt mention the pool not working

Very mello, not super busy with lots of people, but was the week days.

I didnt like that they didnt tell us the pool was broken. It was a staycation for my kid, and it was lame not to mention it on booking.com

Convenient hotel to Waikiki Beach, but property has lots of hidden fees, which add up fast.

Convenient to Waikiki Beach. Nice room facing the ocean.

Property has many hidden fees, such as a $45/night resort fee. Room ended up being MUCH more than advertised price due to hidden fees. Hotel laundry was $4/ load. Felt price gauged.

The only thing I could fault was out of my 4 night stay my room only got cleaned once. Only 1 night I had the privacy sign on the door, the other days I didn't. I didn't expect it every day (and I don't believe you do that), but perhaps once that could have happened.

In cost comparison-reasonable prices. Before resort and parking fees are added.

Pool was much smaller than expected and they had construction scheduled which was not mentioned at check in. Management decided to also close the jacuzzi which was more disappointing.

I was out in the 5th floor where the common areas didnt seem as clean/kept as other parts of the hotel.

Hotel itself and facilities like the pool were great

Our bathroom flooded 3 nights in a row from the AC unit with water pouring out if the roof. Staff sent someone up each time but it wasn't fixed, took a bit of prompting to be moved
