Perfect for a Jaipur visit

It was great value with nice rooms, service and breakfast. Its close enough to get to the main sites of Jaipur via a driver, room service and food was really nice.

not at the hilton level

room service was decent, and the person who answered the room service call was good at what they do. I had asked for a takeaway coffee at the restaurant for breakfast which they gave free of cost. The room felt somewhat clean but not super clean.

the check-in experience was a nightmare, I was informed Hilton honors points are not accrued when booking on bookings.com, this was not done with an apology or anything and was almost drilled in. On top of that the person at the counter did not ask to see my ID at check-in and then came up to my room and took a picture of my passport on her personal phone. There was a lot of dark wood used in the room which had tons of scratches on it, the room just didn't feel well maintained.

Please avoid Hilton, there are a lot of better options in Jaipur for the price

Location of the hotel is central

The billing process was confusing and tedious. I would blame booking.com as well as the hotel for the confusion. I had to show my booking multiple times at checkin as well as check out and was asked to pay Rs. 200/- extra at the end of it all which seemed very petty and frivolous to me. You don't expect this kind of petty dealing with so called branded hotels. It was a very average stay. I will definitely avoid Hilton Jaipur & booking.com for future travels........too much fine print. We check out at 7 am and made a small request for a takeaway breakfast. It took them 20 mins to take approvals to deviate from their regular vegetarian packed box and add a couple of croissants.....felt quite let down.

The staff were professional and the food was very nice

Bars and seating areas were too cold to relax due to a/c. The roof top bar seating area cushions were filthy and some with cigarette burns. The little extras expected to be provided by a huge 5* chain were missing. Very small shower gels and shampoos, barely enough for 1 person, only 1 extra bathroom amenity etc. just lacking the extra touches

Had a nice stay with all requirements being met.

Spacious rooms and ideal location.

The breakfast menu and the serving staff in your restaurant. The food quality can be improved and feedback given for any dish should be acted upon (Gave feedback on extra salty Grilled pineapple and totally dried Egg Benedict but received no acknowledgement, let alone correction or offer to re-cook)

Ok hotel but because of the position we wouldnt recommend

Breakfast was just adequate, food was nice but choices were limited. Room was very spacious, staff were lovely View from the rooftop bar is amazing.

Our room had a terrible smell,fridge and one of the lights didnt work, we had a flood in the bathroom at 2am due to a broken tap. The hotel promptly changed us to another room as soon as we complained on a higher floor which we appreciated. Lovely room top bar, but the music is deafening! Few admin glitches which detracted from our stay.

Good location, rooms need to be updated.

Hotel staff were welcoming, good location, rooms are a decent size.

This was my third stay at this hotel, room was nice but seems to be a little outdated. Not happy about breakfast, was seated at table which was not ready, had to keep asking for cutlery etc. Service seems to be lacking at the restaurant, food was decent.
